Her forte is in enhancing Systems, Processes, and Procedures for maximising performance. She also studies Organisation Development and HR challenges, and works on implementing strategies to address them.

She is an Electrical Engineer with more than 30 years of consulting experience. She has hands on experience in development and implementation of Quality Management Systems in many organizations. She is a Certified (By British Standard Institution) Environmental Management System (ISO 140001) auditor.

She holds a post-graduate diploma in financial management.

Sima Dey is an HR and Labour Compliance consultant. She is also an NSDC certified POSH trainer and CII certified HR Assessor. She holds a doctorate in management studies with specialisation in HR management.

She has a strong background in human resources and a passion for ensuring legal and ethical workplace practices. She has worked with diverse organizations, helping them navigate complex labour laws and regulations.

In her past 20 years of experience, Sima has developed a deep understanding of the challenges employers face when it comes to HR and labour compliance.

Through effective policies and procedures, or audits, or training programs, Sima works to empower employers to build and maintain a positive and compliant work environment.

L Sridhar is a veteran with over five decades experience in the sales and marketing space. He is based out of Kolkata.

He has been a strategic marketing consultant for the past twenty-five years. Prior to that he had worked in several organisations. In his last job as CEO of Asian Sky Shop, a Zee TV venture, he had pioneered e-shopping in India.

Earlier he had held the position of VP Sales and Marketing with Emami. He had launched La Opala, which was not only a leading tableware brand but also a new product category. In Dabur he was instrumental in repositioning Dabur Chywanprash and played a major role in the launch of Hajmola. He headed the Dabur joint venture in Nigeria.

Sridhar started his career with NELCO and was a member of the team that launched the first set of calculators in India.

Sridhar speaks five languages fluently. He is widely travelled in India and abroad. He is a bibliophile and is deeply interested in Indian classical music, both Carnatic and Hindustani.

Dr. Sivaprasad had his education in Agriculture; did his MSc & PhD from Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi. Served for 14 years with both public and private sector organizations.

He took to training as a profession in 2002 and has trained more than 1 lakh people in corporate companies and colleges through training workshops and motivational lectures. The list of his clients is very long.
